Project Overview

As Creative Director for Innovate Brand Agency, I led a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and copywriters to bring our client’s visions to life.

We created full suites of brand and marketing assets—from presentation decks and landing pages to a comprehensive brand guide and multi-channel campaigns.

I also worked with this team on the Innovate Brand Agency brand and all of its assets.

Presentation Design

To streamline presentations across client projects, I designed a modular deck template that aligned with Innovate Brand Agency’s sister brand, Innovate Brand Amplification’s, visual identity and voice. I pulled from the brand strategy document I helped develop, incorporating consistent typography, color systems, tone of voice, and layout hierarchy to ensure visual cohesion and usability.

Each section of the deck (e.g., Buyer Avatar, Brand Story, Market Positioning, Competitor Analysis, Visual Identity) was carefully structured with flexible slide formats that made it easy for the team to update content without sacrificing design integrity.

The final result was a plug-and-play deck system that:

  • Maintained brand consistency across internal and external presentations

  • Cut presentation build time by over 40%

  • Helped clarify messaging and storytelling for clients at every phase of engagement

Client Portal

To support the client’s evolving service structure and premium positioning, I designed a branded digital funnel that guides users through a seamless onboarding and conversion journey. The goal was to create a cohesive, visually aligned experience across all touchpoints—from the moment a user lands on the welcome page to the point of opt-in and support follow-up.

Working closely with the development and strategy teams, I created high-fidelity mockups for each funnel step, ensuring consistency with the agency’s existing brand identity. The layout emphasizes clarity and conversion, using bold visual hierarchy, personalized messaging, and modular sections that allow for easy scalability. Each screen maintains a polished, editorial feel while reinforcing the client’s authority and professionalism.

The result was a clean, high-converting funnel that introduces the brand, showcases its offerings, captures user data, and guides them toward support or onboarding—all while reinforcing credibility at every stage.

Branded Documents

To create a seamless and elevated client experience, I designed a suite of branded documents including contracts, proposals, onboarding PDFs, and internal worksheets that matched the visual tone and professionalism of the agency’s web presence.

Each document followed the established brand system I helped define: modern typography, custom color palettes, and spacious layouts with clean hierarchy. I prioritized clarity and usability, ensuring these assets were not only visually polished but also easy to update and repurpose across different service tiers.

These templates helped the team:

  • Deliver a consistent brand experience from first touch to final signature

  • Save time with reusable frameworks for common docs

  • Build trust and perceived value through elevated design and attention to detail
